  • Move Freely Physical Therapy is a cash based clinic, meaning we only accept payments directly from our patients. We do not directly bill insurance; however, we can provide superbills upon request to submit to your insurance for out of network benefits.

  • We do not accept Meidcare/Medicaid. However, We can treat Medicare/Medicaid patients after signing an Advance Beneficiary Notice of Noncoverage (ABN) form. And provide services that are not covered by Medicare such as Fitness and strengthening training.
